We visited Ireland in winter of 2017, this was my first time traveling overseas and it was an amazing adventure! We flew in from JFK, and the day before was the huge blizzard that hit the east coast, Winter Storm Stella. We drove in from upstate New York which was covered in feet of snow! We were worried we wouldn't be able to fly out but it turns out the state was really prepared and had the roads cleared really well the day after the storm. The flight from JFK to DUB isn't that bad, a short 6 hour flight. We flew on Aer Lingus and I have to say I was really pleased with the airlines as a whole. The food was tasty (for airplane food) and they served Irish dishes. The plane was nice but I did feel like there wasn't as much leg room as other aircrafts. As I mentioned earlier there was the huge snow storm so while we were flying we went right through a lingering storm and it was THE WORST turbulence I've ever experienced, but I tried to go to sleep so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Once I woke up we were almost to Dublin.
At the time of this trip I was 23 and my boyfriend was 24 so we had a few issues trying to rent a car here. In Ireland the age to rent a car is 25, however we booked through a 3rd party site who assured us we would have no problems as long as we had the required insurance which came with our booking. The man at the rental counter tried to give us a hard time but we prepaid and eventually he let us get the car without paying ridiculous credit card holding fees, which are common. Did I mention we landed in Dublin the morning of Saint Patrick's Day? Well we did, so most things didn't open until 11am so to kill some time we drove to Howth to watch the sunrise.
Since it was St Patty's day I booked the Guinness Storehouse tour which was interesting. You get to learn about the history of the malt beer company through a walk through museum format and you also get a pint included in your entrance fee. At the top floor they have a bar that has a 360 degree view of Dublin.

We were in Ireland in March so we weren't sure if we would see all the lush greenery that you think of when you imagine Ireland, but there was no shortage of that despite it being winter. The rolling green hills were stunning and something I will never forget. The weather was usually a bit nippy and rainy but that didn't affect our trip at all, if anything it made it more memorable.

The next day we drove from Dublin to County Tipperary where we visited The Rock of Cashel. We got a guided tour which I recommend. You usually have to pay for a tour but we went so early they asked us if we wanted to go on the tour for free, I don't think that happens often so I'm pretty sure we were just lucky. It was very cold and rainy this day, but it was a really breathtaking site and the history of the place was really interesting.

After our visit to the Rock of Cashel we continued on our way to our next stop, Killarney. We stayed at a cute bed and breakfast that had a typical Irish breakfast included in our stay. During the first day of our stay in Killarney we visited Torc Waterfall and checked out the pubs in town. For dinner we ate at the Jarveys Rest at the Muckross Park Hotel, where I enjoyed the fish and chips. The next day we opted in for the Dingle Peninsula Drive as opposed to the more famous Ring of Kerry drive. This one was far less crowded than the other driving tour which I heard can be full of tour buses on the tiny roads. The Dingle Peninsula drive includes a few attractions of the side of the road that you pay to visit like the Fairy Ring Circle that is rumored to have druids magic, plus you got to feed some sheep. Another stop is the Dunbeg Fort right next to the Cliffside of the Irish Sea. There was also some really nice beaches at the bottom of the cliffs and the beehive huts that were from 2000 B.C. After reading numerous reviews on both the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula Drive I decided to go with this drive and I was very happy with my decision!

Asian cuisine is all the rage these days, so when I found out about this cute dessert shop I had to check it out. Snowtime in Chandler serves bungeoppang (golden fish bun) ice cream cones and they have the best snow (shaved ice) bowls. I got a vanilla ice cream fish cone filled with Nutella and topped with matcha dust and pocky sticks. An added bonus is, they play K-POP 😋 this place is super authentic and I would definitely recommend you guys check it out! They also have a stamp program, when you buy 10 'SNO' the 11th one is free.

I got the La Luna soother as a baby shower gift for a friend. It’s really cool and makes “shushing” sounds to soothe the baby so mom and dad can get a good night’s sleep. I really like that it’s not battery operated, you charge it with a usb cord on the computer which is very convenient. It’s small and light weight. You can easily hook it onto any crib or even the car seat making it portable. The coolest feature of the baby soother is that you can record your own voice so it’ll be sure to calm a fussy baby down if mom or dad isn’t around. I hope when the time comes for me to have a little one someone gets this for me, it seems like a real life saver! For sure going on my future baby gift registry! #AD #IWasInvited

I got this aromatherapy essential oil diffuser from Amazon. I've been seeing them everywhere and couldn't wait to get on for myself. I especially like this one because of the simple, sleek design. It also lights up with 7 different colors. You can either keep it on one color or let it run through a cycle that goes through all the colors, which is my favorite. You put a few drops of the essential oil you want and turn it on, that simple. I'm so glad I got this, one of the best decisions i've made I'm super happy with this!

I received the Full Size HASK Macadamia Oil Moisturizing Hair Care Collection and canvas drawstring bag in the mail to test and review. Just a disclaimer, I am not being paid for this review.

Included in the sample was:
-Macadamia Oil Moisturizing Shampoo
-Macadamia Oil Moisturizing Conditioner
-Macadamia Oil Moisturizing Deep Conditioner
-Macadamia Shine Oil Treatment
-Drawstring Canvas Bag

First off, the smell of this product is a vanilla scent which I love. The shampoo works up into a nice lather, I've found in some other organic, paraben free shampoos the product doesn't lather which is something I look for in a shampoo. My hair is very dry and damaged from frequent blow drying and straightening. I used the deep conditioner and left it on for the recommended 10 minutes and I clearly saw a difference in my hair. My hair felt smoother and looked shinier after. I did my normal straightening routine and used the Shine Oil Treatment and my hair was shiny and beautiful. This hair care system definitely left my hair moisturized and feeling healthy. I would recommend this product to all my friends and readers!

A mud mask is pretty self explanatory so I don't need to go into detail about it. This product claims to use mud directly from the Dead Sea. After first applying the mask I felt a tingly sensation in my face, but I like when that happens to me it shows the product is really working. I let it dry and kept it on my face for the specified time and then washed it off. My face felt clean and very smooth. I would highly recommend this to others.

I recieved the Dessange Oleo Miracle Replenishing Shampoo, Conditioner, and Replenishing Oil complimentary from Influenster. I admit, I straighten my hair regularly and have extremely damaged hair. This line of hair care products is meant to replenish the oils and fix the damage done to over processed hair like mine. After using the products I did see a difference in my hair. Especially after using the replenishing oil after straightening my hair it looks shiny and healthy! The smell of the products is great because they use three different oils, argan, camellia and pracaxi oil to nourish your hair. Dessange Paris is a European company and these are some of the first products they are bringing to the United States. I would highly recomend this hair care system and I can't wait to see what else Dessage Paris USA has to offer.

I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

Do it yourself Sharpie mugs are a great holiday gift idea. It`s easy and inexpensive. You could even make them for your own home as well, they`re super cute I have to make more!

What you`ll need:
Sharpies (whatever color you prefer)
Plain mugs (Walmart, cvs, really anywhere)
Masking tape (optional, for straight lines)

Practice your design on paper first.
Once you feel comfortable with your design, draw it with sharpie on the mug.
If you mess up don`t worry you should be able to wipe it off easily.
Once you`re done with your design place it in a cool oven on a cookie tray. (make sure the oven is cool!)
Turn the oven to 435 degrees and back for 35 minutes. Then, turn off oven.
Let the mug cool down in the oven for 1 hour before taking out to prevent cracking.
Take out mug, the colors may fade a bit from the heat.
Wrap and you`re all set with an easy, cheap, cute christmas gift :)

I received the Billion Dollar Brows kit to test and review. The kit included:
-Universal Brow Pencil
-Brow Gel Clear
-Duo Highlighter
-Smudge Brush
The kit is valued at $68 but you actually pay $34.99

The brow pencil is supposed to work on both blonde and brunette hair. I myself have brunette hair and the pencil worked wonderfully and filled in my eyebrows well, it has an eyebrow brush on the other end which is very useful. I do not know how the color looks on blonde hair but I imagine it would work just as well because it is a light brown color. The instructions say to apply the highlighter right under the eyebrow, for me I didn`t like it because it didn`t blend well with my skin color evenly. You could tell I put highlighter on after i blended, I will say it would probably look great on lighter skin tones. The smudge brush that comes with it to blend the duo pencil (highlighter/concealer) didn`t work for me as I stated above. Finally, the brow gel is used to hold and control your eyebrows. I put it on and didn`t feel like it did anything. All in all the only thing I liked in this kit was the brow pencil itself, I wouldn`t spend my money on buying the whole kit.

Fall is upon us and every girl has a list of items they absolutely must have for the season. Here are a few of mine.

Beanies & Scarves
I'm am completely obsessed with beanies and scarves. Coming from Arizona I got lots of crazy looks like "why are you wearing that here it's not even cold?" wherever I went. Now that I live in Upstate New York where it actually does get cold, I have an excuse to wear them as much as I want without any weird looks from others. One of my favorite beanies that you'll probably be seeing me wear a lot is a beige knit beanie from H&M that I got for five dollars. I literally wear it all the time it's so warm and comfy! My scarf that I like to wear is my hunter green infinity scarf from Cotton On, also for five dollars. Cotton On had a deal last year where you could get any scarf for five dollars with any other purchase from the store. I couldn't pass up the offer and now it's my go to scarf.

Candles, Lots of Candles
Candles are a must have any time of the year, but I especially love them during fall and winter. What better way to come home from a long day of work and light a fall pumpking pie scented candle.

Red/Burgundy Lipstick
A fall staple that every girl should have is red lipstick. For me, I prefer the burgundy or plum colors more. It looks better on my skin tone. I wish I could pull of the bright red lip, but it's just not for me. If you're not into lipstick as much you could always go for a plum colored lipgloss as well. My favorite burgundy lipstick for fall is the Kate Moss for Rimmel London shade 11. I'm sure you've read tons of reviews on the Kate Moss lipsticks. They're amazing, and such a good price! You can't beat it.
